Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid Onshur plans. Onshur is operated by CairoStack. Payments are processed by Paymob.

Cancelling

• You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time.
• Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not renew after that.

Refunds

We do not refund partial months, except in these cases:

• New plan, first 7 days: you get a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the first paid charge on a new plan.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: we refund charges made twice or in error.

AI credit top-ups

AI credit top-ups, if purchased, are non-refundable once used.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paymob within 14 business days.

How to request a refund

Email support@onshur.net from the email address on your account. Include the workspace name, the charge date and amount, and the reason for the request.
